Examples of Documents that Should Not be Submitted through NYDocSubmit

NYDocSubmit should not be used to submit initial applications, recertification applications, periodic reports or documents that include sensitive information, such as:

  • Child Protective Services (CPS) case information or to report suspected child abuse or maltreatment,
  • Documents that contain HIV information,
  • Domestic violence information,
  • Addresses that must remain confidential to safeguard whatsoever member of an applicant's or recipient's household.

Getting Started with the NYDocSubmit Mobile App

  1. You tin download the NYDocSubmit mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
